Payment step

1. We agreed on service contents and conditions
2. I will issue an online invoice for a 50% deposit and send it to you by email.
3. You only pay 50% of the tour guide price to confirm a booking as a deposit at a time of booking via Paypal or Wise.
4. I will send you the booking confirmation immediately, when I receive the deposit. 
5. You pay remaining 50% fee by the tour day.  Caution: If we agree on the service contents and conditions on less than eight days before the tour, a 100% deposit is necessary. 

Cancel　policy

Time & Date is applying Japan Standard time (JST)

Example 
 The tour date is 1st of October
 If you cancel the tour on 30th September (JST) : 50% refund,
 29th September to 24th September(JST) : 20% refund.

Caution

This tour is only walking tour. During the tour, we use public transportation such as train, tram, subway, bus or cruise taxi. 

Neither guests driving nor guide driving during the tour time.

Booking restaurants : Only accept lunch during the tour, however, high-end restaurants often ask booking in advance before several months.
